Bye Mr. Shadow

After having done years (and continuously) of shadow work, I feel as if I'm in a place where I can see them, the shadows that cause me to close my heart or doubt myself.  I've now befriended them, I can see them when they arise and say goodbye to them, thanking them for keeping me company all of these years. Sometimes we need the shadows to comfort us. This is a painting commemorating the feeling.
